Oh how I love Valentine's Day. We celebrated a week early by spending the weekend in Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge with another couple and just getting some R&R.



I want to do something special for the boys though. I was reading on another blog some delicious and quite fun ways to do chocolate covered strawberries. There was even cheesecake covered strawberries. Yum yum.
